This policy explains exactly how order cancellations, returns, and refunds work on our website — including how and when refunds are credited.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge, with no questions asked, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet:

Go to My Orders and select Cancel Order — this is available while your order status shows Pending or Processing
Cancellation is instant — stock is released immediately and, if you already paid online, the amount is credited to your wallet right away
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled from your account. You can either refuse the delivery, or request a return once it arrives

Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch have nothing to refund, since no payment was made yet.

2. Returns & Replacements

Not happy with what arrived? Here's how returns work after delivery:

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact
To start a return, log in to your account and submit a request from your order page in My Orders
Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup, or ask you to ship the item back to us
You can choose a like-for-like replacement (dispatched within 3–5 business days of your request being approved), or a refund once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection

3. How Refunds Are Paid

All refunds — whether from a cancelled order or an approved return — are credited to your 0 to 10 Wallet. We do not credit refunds back to your original card, UPI ID, or bank account.

What is refunded: the product price only (this already includes GST)
What is not refunded: delivery / shipping charges and COD (Cash on Delivery) handling charges — these cover services (transport and cash collection) that have already been performed, so they are non-refundable. Gift-wrapping charges are also non-refundable once the order is packed
Your wallet balance never expires
It can be applied automatically at checkout on any future order, in full or in part
You can view your balance and full transaction history anytime under My Account → My Wallet
Wallet balance is store credit only — it cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account

 Please keep this in mind before requesting a cancellation or return: your money comes back as 0 to 10 store credit, ready to use on your next order — not as a reversal to your bank/card statement.

5. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund to your wallet — whichever you prefer — without asking you to bear any return shipping cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
Items missing their original tags or packaging
Return requests raised more than 3 days after delivery
