A size-up reminder or gift-birthday reminder may include your child's first name in the message text
• Legal Authorities: We may disclose information if required by law or court order

All third parties we work with are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations. We do not sell child profile information, and we do not share it with any third party for that third party's own marketing, advertising, or analytics purposes.

All payments on our website are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store, process, or transmit your credit/debit card details on our servers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

Child profile information you add to an account is retained until you delete it (see Section 8) or until your account itself is deleted, at which point it is deleted automatically.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website sells children's clothing and is intended to be used by adults (parents and guardians) who shop on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly allow children to create their own account, and we do not collect any information directly from a child.

To help you find the right size and get age-appropriate product recommendations, we let you — the parent or guardian using the account — voluntarily add a child profile consisting of your child's name, date of birth, and gender. This information is always entered by you, never by the child, and is used only to:

• Compute your child's current age and recommend the correct clothing size
• Show age- and gender-appropriate product suggestions
• Send optional reminders (app notification, SMS, or WhatsApp) when your child is about to size up or has an upcoming birthday, if you have this feature enabled

We do not use your child's information for targeted advertising, and we do not share it with any third party for that third party's own purposes. As noted in Section 3, if you opt in to SMS or WhatsApp reminders, your child's first name may appear in the message content sent through our messaging provider, solely to deliver that message to you.

Deleting a child's profile: If you added a child profile while signed in to your account, you can permanently delete it at any time from your account (on the website or in the app), or by contacting us at support@0to10.co.in and we will delete it for you.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information directly, or you have any concern about how a child's information is being handled, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and take steps to delete it.
